Post & Beam
Post and Beam uses heavy, vertical posts and horizontal beams to provide structural support to the building. This method of construction allows for large, open interior spaces, as the load-bearing posts and beams eliminate the need for the load-bearing walls. We employ a superior truss connection system by increasing the truss heel heights and fastening with two ½” bolts. Each post and truss are 4ft on-centre on the side walls, while end wall posts are spaced up to a maximum of 6ft on-centre and are full length to top cord of truss.
